The Enrichment Program

The Enrichment Program at Tacugama aims to provide chimpanzees with activities that keep them mentally and physically engaged. It may consist of soap bubbles, use of mirror and tools, food tricks and other initiatives. This is conducted in the interest of the chimpanzees and should not be interpreted as entertainment for visitors to the centre.
